How long does it take from the time you register the car to the time the plates are made and in your hand? I live in NH so if anyone has dealt with NH DMV that'd be even better.

In NH you could probably get away with Sharpie-ing whatever you want onto a piece of cardboard. They honestly don't give a flying fuck.
